A little about me

My journey into psychology began with a TVB drama I watched in high school, where I first learned about psychologists. I was immediately captivated and committed. Even when my Form 3 teacher told me I couldn’t become one because I couldn’t solve my own problems, I remained steadfast.

I went on to complete my degree in Psychology, though I wasn’t yet sure how to build a path within the field. I spent several years working across a variety of roles and settings—experiences that, while unconventional, shaped my understanding of people, relationships, and the realities of everyday life.

During the pandemic, I realised it was time to return to this path. I pursued a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology, worked closely with neurodivergent children and their families, and later completed a Master’s in Clinical Psychology.

I am constantly inspired by the complexity and resilience of people. What matters most to me when I work with you is creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and not alone in what you’re going through.

Beyond the practitioner role

Outside of therapy, you’ll most likely find me immersed in all things K-pop, from music to dramas.

I enjoy creative outlets like junk journaling and experimenting with clay, beads, and resin, and I hope to try crocheting or knitting someday (though, as I jokingly tell my mother, I’m not emotionally ready yet).

I also have the cutest dog, and spending time with her reminds me of care, patience, and play. These hobbies help me stay mindful, grounded, and creative—qualities I bring into my work to support clients in expressing, coping, and growing.
