Lucent Wellbeing is a wellbeing and mental health practice offering therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, and psychological support in a safe, respectful, and human way. We work with individuals across different life stages and experiences, providing culturally sensitive, evidence-informed care tailored to each person.
-
People come to us for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, work-related concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, or simply wanting a space to understand themselves better. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
-
That’s okay. Many people start their journey without a clear label for what they’re experiencing. If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or curious about yourself, this can still be a supportive place to start.
-
No. You don’t need a diagnosis to start a session. Therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching can be helpful for stress, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, self-doubt, life transitions, or when you’re simply trying to make sense of things.
-
Therapy, counselling, and psychotherapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, mental health concerns, and psychological patterns. It may explore past and present experiences, emotions, and relationships, and is provided by trained and qualified practitioners.
Coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented, supporting clarity and action-taking, but it does not address mental health conditions or provide psychological treatment.
At Lucent Wellbeing, we provide therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, and psychological support.
If coaching is more suitable, we can assign you to a suitable trained and qualified coach accordingly.
