Wellbeing is more than crisis
Many people consider speaking with a practitioner only when things feel overwhelming.
In reality, seeking support can be valuable at many different stages of life, not only during moments of crisis.
You might consider speaking with someone if you’re experiencing:
Persistent stress or burnout
Feeling emotionally drained, numb or overwhelmed
Relationship challenges
Life transitions or uncertainty
Anxiety, restlessness, or difficulty sleeping
A desire for deeper self-understanding or personal growth
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
We provide professional wellbeing services designed to support not just recovery, but maintenance and sustainable growth. We believe wellbeing and mental health care should feel safe, accessible, and deeply human.

For Employers
Mental health in the workplace is no longer optional, it is foundational. We partner with organisations to design mental health strategies that are:
Preventative
Structured

We work alongside HR and leadership teams to ensure mental health and workplace wellbeing initiatives are integrated, not superficial.
Founder Perspective
Lucent Wellbeing was created from a simple observation: wellbeing is rarely just one thing.
Through years of working with individuals and organisations across therapy, coaching, leadership development, and workplace wellbeing, I saw how often different parts of life were treated separately. Personal struggles were addressed in isolation, while workplace wellbeing was discussed without acknowledging the deeper human experiences behind it.
Yet our wellbeing and mental health is shaped by many interconnected factors: our relationships, the environments we work in, our sense of purpose, and the ways we care for ourselves.
Lucent Wellbeing was created to bring these conversations together.
My hope is that Lucent Wellbeing becomes a space where individuals feel supported in navigating life’s complexities, and where organisations can cultivate healthier, more thoughtful environments for the people they work with.
